Evaluating Health Center Response

This course has been designed to impart or enhance knowledge of the exercise and incident response evaluation process. By the end of this course, participants will have a stronger understanding of why to conduct evaluations, what methods can be used to conduct evaluations, and how to develop an After-Action Report and Improvement Plan (AAR/IP).

Managing Concurrent Emergencies

This course explores the dynamics involved with managing a health center during concurrent emergencies (e.g., wildfire or hurricane during COVID-19). Through real-world examples of concurrent emergencies, participants will leave the course with a better understanding of how concurrent emergencies could impact health centers and how to effectively prepare.
