Welcome to Americares Stress and Resilience Training! This course explores stress, coping, and resilience, and aims to support the wellbeing of all Americares responders. After completing this course, you should be able to recognize different types of stress and how stress can affect us, understand psychological resilience and ways to foster it, create a resilience and stress management plan in preparation for deployments, and identify Americares resources available to support you.
